Roy J. Regalado is a retired architect and an accomplished outdoorsmen. Always interested in cooking, having mastered barbecuing, grilling and cooking over open flames, it was time to try baking bread, specifically sourdough.
This was born out of a desire to stop buying processed foods, and to learn how our pioneers survived on simple, home made sustenance.
